Twitch Latency Mitigatorは、kyoh86が管理する独立したブラウザー拡張です。ブラウザーが取得済みの映像に対して再生が遅れたとき、追いつくために使用します。
端末内で扱う情報
ページ移動を検出するため、現在のTwitchページのパスを読み取ります。また、再生位置、バッファの範囲、動画の長さ、ライブ遅延、再生状態、広告ラベルの有無を読み取ります。これらは追従ボタンの表示と前方シークの判断のためにメモリー内で使用します。視聴履歴として保存せず、開発者へ送信しません。
保存する設定
デフォルトで追従をONにするかどうかの設定を、ブラウザーの拡張専用ローカルストレージに保存します。変更・消去・アンインストールまで保持します。この設定にブラウザーアカウントの同期機能は使用しません。
送信と共有
これらの情報を開発者のサーバーや第三者へ送信しません。アクセス解析、テレメトリー、広告、拡張独自のアカウント機能はありません。Twitchのパスワード、認証トークン、Cookie、チャットメッセージ、支払い情報は読み取りません。利用者の情報を販売しません。
Twitch自体のウェブサイトと映像配信には、Twitchのポリシーが適用されます。再生操作によってTwitchプレイヤーが通常の映像取得を行う場合があります。GitHubへのリンクを開いた場合はGitHubのポリシーが適用されます。
利用者の操作
プレイヤー内のボタンで追従をON/OFFにできます。拡張の設定で初期状態を変更できます。拡張の保存データを消去すると設定がリセットされ、アンインストールすると拡張とローカル設定が削除されます。一時的な再生情報はページを閉じるか再読み込みすると破棄されます。

Twitch Latency Mitigator is an independent browser extension maintained by kyoh86. It helps Twitch viewers catch up to video already received by their browser.
Information processed on your device
The extension reads the current Twitch page path to detect page changes. It also reads video playback position, buffered time ranges, duration, live latency, player state, and whether an advertisement label is present. This information is used in memory to display the follow-live control and determine whether to advance playback. It is not saved as a viewing history or sent to the developer.
Saved preferences
The extension stores one preference, whether follow-live should be enabled by default, in the browser’s local extension storage. This preference remains until changed, cleared, or the extension is uninstalled. The extension does not use browser account synchronization for this preference.
Transmission and sharing
The extension does not send this information to developer-operated servers or other third parties. It has no analytics, telemetry, advertising, or account system. It does not read Twitch passwords, authentication tokens, cookies, chat messages, or payment information. It does not sell user information.
Twitch continues to operate its own website and video delivery under its own policies. Playback actions may cause Twitch’s player to request video normally. Links to GitHub open a third-party service governed by GitHub’s policies.
Your controls
Use the player control to turn following ON or OFF. Use extension options to change the default. Clearing the extension’s stored data resets the preference; uninstalling removes the extension and its local settings. Transient playback information is discarded when the page is closed or reloaded.
